Abinci na Kamaru yana daya daga cikin mafi banbanci a Afirka saboda wurin Kamaru a kan hanyar da ke tsakanin arewa, yamma, da tsakiyar nahiyar; bambancin kabilanci tare da cakuda daga Bantus, Mutanen Bamileke, Bamoun, Bamenda da Larabawa Shuwa, da kuma tasirin mulkin mallaka na Jamus, Faransa da Burtaniya.[1][2][3]

Daga cikin ƙwarewar Kamaru sune:
- Masara na Fufu da njama njama (gidan huckleberry)
- Brochettes, wanda aka sani a cikin gida kamar soya (wani nau'in kebab da aka yi da kaza, naman sa, ko awaki)
- Sangah (haɗewar masara, ganye, da ruwan 'ya'yan itace)
- Sopo na Mbanga da kwacoco
Wannan abinci ne na Kamaru wanda ya kunshi kwacoco: cocoyams (taro) da aka gasa kuma aka dafa shi a cikin ganyen ayaba, da kuma sopo na banga, wanda aka yi da sabbin kwayoyin dabino. Abinci ne na asali na mutanen Bakweri daga yankin Kudu maso Yamma.
- Eru ko nfoh da ruwa fufu
Eru abinci ne na kayan lambu wanda aka yi da ganyen da aka yanka da kyau na eru. Ana dafa eru tare da waterleaf ko spinach, man dabino, crayfish, da kuma kifi mai shan sigari, fatar saniya (kanda) ko naman sa. Yawancin lokaci ana cinye shi tare da fufu na ruwa (cassava); Iit abinci ne na asali na mutanen Manyu daga yankin Kudu maso Yamma.[4][5][6]
- Ndolé (sodi mai ɗanɗano wanda ke dauke da kayan lambu, nama, shrimp, fatar alade, da man shanu)

- Koki (abinci) (wanda ya kunshi wake da Man dabino)
- Sopo na Achu (coyam fufu tare da orange / yellow red palm oil soup)

- Mbongo'o tjobi (baƙar fata mai ɗanɗano da aka yi da ganye da kayan yaji)

- Sopo na Egusi (tsuntsu na ƙasa sau da yawa ana dafa shi da ganyayyaki masu duhu ko okra)
- Kondreh (tsuntsaye da ba su manyanta ba tare da ganye da kayan yaji, yawanci ana dafa su da naman awaki)
- Kati kati, abincin kaza da aka gasa da abincin gargajiya na Kom.[7]
Curries, soups da kifin kifi sun zama ruwan dare, da kuma nama a kan skewers. Ana cin kwari a wasu sassan kasar, musamman yankunan daji.
