Mizrahi abinci na Yahudawa nau'in abinci ne na gargajiya wanda ake yinsu a tsakanin Al'ummomin Yahudawa na Mizrahi na Gabas ta Tsakiya, Arewacin Afirka da Asiya ta Tsakiya. Ta samu tasiri daga abinci gargajiya daban-daban na ƙasashe kamar Morocco, Libya, Masar, Iraki, Iran, Yemen, da Siriya, abincin Mizrahi yana da alamar shinkafa, legumes, nama (musamman na rago da kaza), da kuma kayan yaji kamar cumin, turmeric, da coriander.
