Alalla ko Moimoi wani nau'in Abinci ne na Najeriya da sauran ƙasashen duniya ana yinta daga markaɗaɗen waken da aka wanke da kuma ɓawon baƙon wake, albasa da barkono jajayen ƙasa mai sabo (yawanci haɗuwa da barkono ko Scotch bonnet ). Abinci ne mai wadataccen furotin da ke da muhimmanci a Najeriya.

A Ghana da Saliyo, ana kiranta da "Alele" ko "Olele". Yawancin lokaci ana ɗauka da kokon Hausa. Tubaani (wanda kuma aka rubuta Tubani) irin wannan abinci ne da ake samu a Arewacin Ghana.

Ana shirya Alalla ta hanyar fara jiƙa waken a cikin ruwan sanyi har sai ya yi laushi don cire murfin/safar waje mai kyau ko ɓawo. Sannan a niƙa su ko kuma a haɗa su (ta amfani da blender ) har sai an samu kyakkyawan manna. Gishiri, cube na bouillon, busasshen crayfish, man kayan lambu (ko kowane mai mai kamar dabino) da sauran kayan yaji ana ƙara su ɗanɗana. Wasu suna ƙara sardines, naman sa masara, ƙwai da aka yankakken, ko haɗin waɗannan da sauran 'adon' don haɓaka Alalla. Irin wannan ana kiransa samun 'x' adadin rayuka, 'x' yana wakiltar adadin kayan ado da aka ƙara. Mafi yawan touted shine alalla elemi meje, wanda ke fassara zuwa alalla yana da rayuka bakwai .

Alalla yawanci yana zuwa ne a cikin sifar dala mara nauyi ko siffa mai silidi, saboda nau'in da ake zubawa kafin a dafa shi. Siffar dala ta fito ne daga faffadan “ewe eran” na gargajiya ( Thaumatococcus daniellii ) ko kuma ganyen ayaba da aka ƙera su zama mazugi a cikin tafin hannun mutum, sai a zuba ruwan ɗanɗano da kayan ado a cikin ganyen, sannan a naɗe. Siffofin Silindari sun fito ne daga gwangwani na madara ko tumatir miya da ake amfani da su wajen shirya wasu jita-jita. Da zarar an gauraye shi, sai a sanya shi a cikin babban tukunya kamar kashi goma cike da ruwa. Ruwa shine tushen tururi wanda ke dafa Moin-Moin. Ana cin Moin-Moin shi kaɗai ko tare da burodi a matsayin abun ciye-ciye, tare da shinkafa a matsayin abinci ko tare da ogi don karin kumallo ko abincin dare. Hakanan za'a iya sha tare da garri da rana.
