Bazin ({{|ar|البازين}}) gurasa ce mara yisti a cikin abincin Libya da aka shirya tare da sha'ir, da gishiri. Ana shirya Bazin ta hanyar tafasa gari a cikin ruwa sannan a doke shi don ƙirƙirar gurasar ta amfani da magraf, wanda shine sanda na musamman da aka tsara don wannan dalili. Ana iya sanya gurasar a cikin kwanon rufi kuma a ba da damar yin tauri, bayan haka ana yin burodi ko tururi.[lower-alpha 1] Gishiri yana taimakawa ga tsananin bazin. Bazin na iya samun nau'i-nau'i da kuma tsananin.[lower-alpha 2] Hakanan ana iya shirya shi ta amfani da gari na alkama, man zaitun da albasa a matsayin sinadaran.

Bazin yawanci ana ba da shi tare da sauce na tumatir, ƙwai, dankali da tumaki. Wannan hanyar shirye-shiryen ta haɗa da siffar gurasar zuwa siffar dala ko dome, bayan haka ana iya ba da ita tare da miya na tumatir ko nama da dankali da aka zuba a saman ko kewaye da shi kuma an yi masa ado da ƙwai masu tsami. Za'a iya shirya sauce na Bazin ta hanyar dafa ragon (mafi kyau kafada ko kafa) tare da albasa, turmeric, gishiri, chilli foda, helba (fenugreek), paprika mai zaki, baƙar fata da tumatir paste. Ana iya ƙara wake, lentils da dankali. Ana shirya sauce, ƙwai, dankali da nama a kusa da dome na gurasar. Ana ba da abincin ne tare da lemun tsami da sabo ko pickled (imsaiyar).
