Bukkumi (Korean) wani abincin da aka dafa (keke na shinkafa) wanda aka yi da garin shinkafa ko garin sorghum.[1] Keki ne mai siffar rabin wata cike da fararen azuki bean paste ko cakuda tsaba na sesame, cinnamon foda, da sukari ko zuma.[2] Launi ya bambanta daga fari zuwa rawaya, ruwan hoda, ko kuma kore mai duhu.[2] Sau da yawa ana rufe Bukkumi da zuma ko kuma syrup, kuma ana yin ado da shredded chestnuts, jujube, ko dutse tripe.[2] Har ila yau, akwai bukkumi iri-iri wanda yake kwance kuma ba shi da wani cikawa.[3]
