Cibiyar sadarwa ta motsi ta ilimi ƙungiya ce ta jami'o'i da shirye-shiryen gwamnati waɗanda ke ƙarfafa musayar ɗaliban manyan makarantu na duniya ( motsi na ilimi ).

Daliban da suka zaɓi yin karatu a ƙasashen waje (ɗaliban ƙasashen waje) suna da niyyar inganta matsayinsu na zamantakewa da tattalin arziki ta hanyar zaɓar yin karatu a cikin ƙasar da ke da ingantattun tsarin ilimi fiye da nasu. Wannan yana haifar da ƙaura zuwa ɗalibai, galibi Kudu zuwa Arewa da Gabas zuwa Yamma. An yi hasashen cewa 'yan ƙasar Asiya, musamman Indiya da China, za su wakilci ƙaruwar yawan ɗaliban ƙasashen duniya. [1]

Jimillar ɗaliban da suka yi karatun jami'a a ƙasashen waje (ɗaliban ƙasashen waje) sun ƙaru daga miliyan 1.3 a shekarar 1990, zuwa miliyan 2 a shekarar 2000, zuwa sama da miliyan 3 a shekarar 2010 da kuma miliyan 4.3 a shekarar 2011. A cikin OECD, kusan rabin ɗaliban ƙasashen waje sun yi rajista a ɗaya daga cikin manyan wurare biyar na karatu a manyan makarantu. Waɗannan su ne Amurka (kashi 17 cikin ɗari), Burtaniya (kashi 13 cikin ɗari), Ostiraliya (kashi 6 cikin ɗari), Jamus (kashi 6 cikin ɗari) da Faransa (kashi 6 cikin ɗari). Ɗaliban ƙasashen waje sun fi son yin karatu a ƙasashen da ke magana da Turanci. Fannonin karatu da suka shahara sune kimiyyar zamantakewa, kasuwanci da shari'a .
