Colle bhature abinci ne mai ban sha'awa a yankunan arewacin Yankin Indiya. Haɗin chana masala ne (chickpea curry) da bhatura, gurasar da aka dafa da Maida (gurasar alkama mai tsabta).

Sau da yawa ana cin Chole bhature a matsayin abincin karin kumallo, wani lokacin ana haɗa shi da lassi. Hakanan yana iya zama abincin titi ko cikakken abinci kuma ana iya haɗa shi da albasa, karoshi, chutney kore ko achaar.[1]

An yi muhawara game da asalin Chole bhature. Wasu kafofin sun ce ya samo asali ne a Delhi, inda ya shahara sosai. Wasu suna da'awar cewa ya samo asali ne a gabashin Uttar Pradesh.[2]

Ana shirya chole ta hanyar dafa Chickpeas da ƙara kayan yaji kamar cumin, tsaba na coriander, turmeric foda, da chili foda. Ana kuma ƙara albasa, tafarnuwa, da ginger don ƙarin dandano. Ana shirya Bhature ta hanyar hada gari, gishiri, da mai, da kuma yin amfani da gurasar. Ana mirgine gurasar a cikin da'irori kuma a dafa ta sosai har sai an yi amfani da bhature puff.
