  • Cututtuka da yawa suna yaduwa ne ta hanyar Iska inda kwayoyyi cutar su kan bi Iska ne domin su yadu.[1] Irin wadannan cututtukan suna da mutukar tasiri a fanin kiwon lafiyar Dan Adam da kuma dabbobi. Kwayoyin cutar za su iya zama kwayar halittar virus, bacteria ko kuma gansakuka. Akan yada su ne ta hanyar numfashi, magana, tari, atishawa ko kuma tada kura, feshin magunguna ko kuma sinadaren wanke bandaki.

A mafi yawan lokuta kwayoyin cutar na kawo gyanbo a cikin hanci, makogwaro ko kuma hunhu inda suke jawo tari, toshewar numfashi, ciwon makogwaro da kuma wasu matsalolin a jiki.

Cutar kyanda

Cututtuka da yawa akan kamu da su ne  ta hanyar Iska misali Corona virus, kyanda, bakon dauro, Yan rani[2],sarkewar numfashi, ciwon tarin fuka ko mura da mashako.[3] Mafi yawancin wadannan cututuka na bukatar amfani da naurar ventilator wajen jinyar su.

Cututtukan da muke kamuwa dasu ta hanyar gurbatacciyar Iska wadda ke dauke da kwayoyin cuta akan same su ne idan gurbatacciyar Iska dauke da kwayoyin cutar daga Mara lafiya ta hadu da mutum mai lafiya, ko kuma yawun sa, ko najasar sa, ko atishawar sa dauke da yawu ta fada kan mai lafiya. Misali, atishawa daga Gaban  mortar bus ta kan Isa har bayan motar.[4]

Za a iya rage kamuwa da cututtukan da Iska ke yada wa ta hanyar daukar wadannan matakai:

  • Yin nesa da masu cutar
  • Sanya takunkumi a lokacin da za a Shiga taron jama'a
  • Rufe Baki da gwiwar hannu duk lokacin da za a yi tari ko atishawa.
  • Wanke hannuwa kamar na dakika ashirin akai akai.

kada a rika yawan taba  Baki  ko hanci ko idanuwa da hannu ko kuma yin musabiha ko gaisuwar hannu ko sumbatar jama'a.[14]
