Daidaitawa mai ma'ana shine gyare-gyare da aka yi a cikin tsarin don karɓar ko yin daidai da tsarin ga mutum bisa ga tabbatar da buƙata. Wannan bukatar na iya bambanta. Gidaje na iya zama na addini, na jiki, na tunani ko na motsin rai, na ilimi, ko na aiki, kuma doka sau da yawa tana ba da umarni. Kowace ƙasa tana da tsarin kanta na masauki masu ma'ana. Majalisar Dinkin Duniya ta yi amfani da wannan kalmar a cikin Yarjejeniyar kan 'Yancin Mutanen da ke da nakasa, tana mai cewa ƙin yin masauki yana haifar da nuna bambanci. Ya bayyana "ma'auni mai ma'ana" kamar haka:
... necessary and appropriate modification and adjustments not imposing a disproportionate or undue burden, where needed in a particular case, to ensure to persons with disabilities the enjoyment or exercise on an equal basis with others of all human rights and fundamental freedoms;[1]

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Dokokin Ingila, Wales, Scotland da Arewacin Ireland suna buƙatar ma'aikata su yi masauki mai ma'ana ga ma'aikatan nakasassu, [5] da kuma masu ba da sabis daban-daban (ciki har da makarantu, kwalejoji da jami'o'i) don yin haka ga ɗalibai nakasassu. Wannan aikin ya samo asali ne a karkashin Dokar nuna bambanci ga nakasassu ta 1995, kuma yanzu ana magance shi ta Dokar Daidaitawa ta 2010 (sai dai a Arewacin Ireland). [6][7] Rashin yin hakan na iya haifar da korafi daga ma'aikaci zuwa Kotun aiki ko kotunan farar hula ko wasu kotuna (a cikin yanayin da ba na aiki ba).
