Dokar Gudanar da ambaliyar ruwa ta 2010 (c.29) Dokar Majalisar Dinkin Duniya ce da ta shafi gudanar da haɗarin ambaliyar ruwa da Rushewar bakin teku. Hukumar Kula da Muhalli

Dabarun ta bayyana matsayin dukkan hukumomin kula da hadarin ambaliyar ruwa, gami da LLFAs, majalisun, allon magudanar ruwa na ciki, hukumomin babbar hanya da kamfanonin ruwa da magudanar shara, wadanda dole ne dukansu suyi aiki tare da dabarun.[5] Sashe na 18 na Dokar ya buƙaci EA don samar da rahoto na shekara-shekara game da ambaliyar ruwa da kuma kula da haɗarin lalacewar bakin teku.[6] Rahoton ya bayyana yadda hukumomin kula da hadarin ambaliyar ruwa ke kula da hadari na ambaliyar ambaliyar da kuma rushewar bakin teku da kuma yadda suke shirin hadarin nan gaba. Rahoton ya ba da cikakken bayani game da yadda LLFAs suka ci gaba a kan dabarun gida da rajistar kadarorin.

An aiwatar da jadawalin 3 na Dokar a Wales a ranar 7 ga Janairun 2019. Yana ba Ministocin Welsh alhakin buga ka'idojin kasa don aiwatar da magudanar ruwa mai ɗorewa, ko SUDS. Kungiyar amincewa da SUDS (SAB)
