'Dokoki na farko da na sakandare (wanda kuma ake kira delegated laws ko m laws[1]) nau'i ne na doka guda biyu, wanda majalisun dokoki da na zartarwa na gwamnatoci suka kirkira a cikin tsarin dimokuradiyya na wakilai. Dokokin farko gabaɗaya sun ƙunshi ƙa'idodi, waɗanda kuma aka sani da 'ayyuka', waɗanda ke tsara ƙa'idodi da ƙa'idodi masu faɗi, amma suna iya ba da takamaiman iko ga reshen zartarwa don samar da takamaiman takamaiman dokoki a ƙarƙashin ikon babban aikin. A cikin Dokar Australiya, dokokin farko sun haɗa da ayyukan Majalisar Commonwealth da majalisun jihohi ko yankuna. Dokokin sakandare, wanda ake kira kayan aikin majalisa, ƙa'idodi ne da aka yi bisa ga doka ta zartarwa ko shari'a ko wasu ƙayyadaddun hukumomi waɗanda ke da tasirin doka. Dokokin sakandare sun kai kusan rabin dokar Commonwealth ta hanyar girma.[2] Kodayake zartarwa ce ta yi shi, har yanzu majalisa ce ke bincika dokokin sakandare kuma ana iya hana su ta hanyar ƙuduri na kowane gidan majalisa.[2]

A cikin Dokar Kanada, dokokin farko (wanda ake kira dokar doka) sun ƙunshi ayyukan Majalisar dokokin Kanada da majalisun larduna. Dokokin sakandare (wanda kuma ake kira tsari) sun haɗa da dokokin da aka yi ta hanyar tarayya ko lardin a cikin Majalisar ta hanyar dokar da majalisa ko majalisa suka yi a baya.

A cikin tsarin dokar farar hula, majalisa ta ba da dokoki na farko, tare da ƙananan hukumomi da aka ba da iko don ba da dokokin da aka ba su. Za a iya gabatar da mataki don sake dubawa na shari'a game da ingancin dokokin sakandare a gaban kotu - misali, kotun kundin tsarin mulki.[lower-alpha 1]
