Hasken microthermography ( FMT ) wata dabara ce ta amfani da na'urar hangen nesa ta microscopy don ɗaukar hoton watsawar zafin jiki ta infrared akan ƙaramin sikelin. Yana iya cimma ƙudurin sarari na rabin micrometer da ƙudurin zafin jiki na 0.005 K. Ma'aunin da ya dogara da lokaci yana yiwuwa, domin tsawon rayuwar hasken yana kusan 200 ne kawai ƙananan daƙiƙa.
