Henry Bell (7 Afrilu 1767 - 14 Nuwamba 1830) masanin injiniya ne na Scotland wanda ya taimaka wajen fara ci gaban Jirgin ruwa. An fi saninsa da gabatar da sabis na Jirgin ruwa na fasinja na farko a Turai a cikin 1812.[1]

An haifi Bell a Torphichen, Bathgate, West Lothian a cikin shekara ta 1767.
