Jagora Adadin yau da kullun
A Guideline Daily Amount (GDA) lakabin gaskiyar abinci mai gina jiki ne wanda aka tsara a 1996 a Ingila (UK) a matsayin haɗin gwiwa tsakanin gwamnati, masana'antar abinci da kungiyoyin masu amfani.
