Kungiyar Kare Hakkin Rukuni na Duniya (MRG), ƙungiya ce ta kare haƙƙin ɗan adam ta duniya da aka kafa tare da manufar yin aiki don tabbatar da haƙƙoƙin ƙabilu, ƙasa, addini da yare da kuma andan asalin duniya. Babban ofishinsu yana London, tare da ofisoshi a Budapest da Kampala. MRG tana da Majalisar zartarwa ta duniya wacce ke yin taro sau biyu a shekara.
