Luis Augusto Huergo (1 ga Nuwamba, 1837 - 4 ga Nuwamba, 1913) injiniya ne ɗan ƙasar Argentina wanda ya shahara a fannin haɓaka tashoshin jiragen ruwa na ƙasarsa.

An haifi Luis Huergo a Buenos Aires, a shekarar 1837, ga dangin dillalai masu arziki. An tura shi zuwa Jami'ar Jesuit Mount St. Mary's da aka fi sani da Mount St. Mary's College, inda ya sami karatun sakandare daga 1852 zuwa 1857.
