Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, wanda ake kira shi da "Lancer Evo" a takaice, shine motar wasan motsa jiki da kamfanin Mitsubishi Motors na Japan ya fara kera a 1992, kuma tana da suna sananne a duniya saboda ƙarfinsa a gasar tuki da tsarin tuƙin dukansu (all-wheel-drive). Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution ya fara fitowa a Oktoba 1992 a matsayin maye gurbin Mitsubishi Galant VR-4, da aka tsara don gasar tuki. Nau’in farko ya zo da injin 2.0L Turbo, kuma an sake fasalinsa sau da yawa har zuwa nau’in X a 2007.
