Man shanu na dabino ko cream na dabino, wanda aka fi sani da Moambe, mwambe ko nyembwe, sinadarin da aka yi daga pericarp (ba tsaba ba) na kwayoyin kwakwa, ƴaƴan n Itacen kwakwa na Afirka (Elaeis guineensis). Yana samar da muhimmiyar sinadarin a cikin stews da sauces a cikin Abincin Afirka.
