Abinci na Mughlai ya ƙunshi jita-jita da aka haɓaka ko kuma aka shahara acikin cibiyoyin Al'adun Indo-Persian na zamani na Mughal Empire. Yana wakiltar haɗuwa da Abinci na yankin Indiya tare da salon dafa abinci da girke-girke na Asiya ta Tsakiya dana Musulunci.Abincin Mughlai yana da tasiri sosai daga abincin Turkic na Asiya ta Tsakiya,yankin da Sarakunan Mughal na farko suka fito daga, kuma hakan yayi tasiri sosai ga abincin yankin na Arewacin Indiya, Pakistan da Bangladesh.
Jin daɗin abincin Mughlai ya bambanta daga mai sauƙi zuwa mai ɗanɗano,kuma galibi ana danganta su da ƙanshi na musamman da ɗanɗano na ƙasa da kayan ƙanshi gaba ɗaya.[1] Kayan Mughlai wani nau'i ne mai zurfi na manyan jita-jita tare da nau'o'i daban-daban.
