Muhallebi مهلب ko محالبی; مهلبية irin kayan zaƙi ne da ake yi da madara, wanda ake haɗawa da shinkafa, sukari, da garin shinkafa ko garin alkama ko semolina.[1] Wannan kayan zaƙi yana da farin jini a Gabashin Tsakiya, kuma ana yawan kiransa da suna muhallebi a ƙasashen Turkiyya da Iraq.
