Nasalo ko Nos yana daya daga cikin tsoffin hadisai a wasu sassan Gilgit-Baltistan, a cikin yankunan arewacin Pakistan.[1] A cikin hunturu (yoono), ana yanka dabbobi kamar Tibet yak (Shiina: bepo), shanu, da shanu da sauransu, don nama da aka bushe da sauran kayan abinci da aka shirya tare da nama, kamar warkì ko ghittey, wani nau'in sausage. (Ba a amfani da alade ba.), kuma a yanayin zafi na yanayi wanda ke ƙasa da daskarewa, ana barin sausages su bushe. Ana amfani da kayan abinci da aka samar a wannan farkon lokacin hunturu a duk lokacin hunturu don shirya girke-girke daban-daban.

An ambaci Shribadat ko Shribat a matsayin sarki na karshe na Buddha ko Hindu a cikin littattafan tarihi na Gilgit-Baltistan . Ana yin bikin Nasalo a watan tunawa da mutuwar sarki mai cin nama.Labarin ya ce sarki adam-khor ne (mai cin nama) kuma yana ciyar da jarirai. A zamanin da aka yi imanin cewa idan mutane sun daina yin hadaya da dabbobi, zai sake dawowa da mummunan tunani na kashe jarirai don ciyar da kansa. Kowace iyali tana yin hadaya da dabba a wannan rana a kowace shekara.A sassa daban-daban na yankin a cikin ƙauyuka, har yanzu ana yin bikin ne sosai. Bikin ya fara ne da sassafe a ranar 21 ga watan Disamba, lokacin da dukkan shugabannin gidaje suka taru a wani filin da ke dauke da itacen pine.[3]Ana tattara sandunan wuta don samar da wuta, wuta da aka yi da flambeaus don tunawa da mutuwar sarki mai cin nama Shri Badat.

Baya ga wannan, ana yanka naman sa ko ragon da ba shi da kasusuwa a cikin dogon sashi kuma an haɗa shi da waɗannan kayan yaji, ko gishiri kawai, kuma ana rataye su a cikin ɗaki don ɗanɗano.

Ana amfani da nama na Yak galibi a cikin al'adar Nasalo. Ana ɗaukar nama na yak a matsayin abinci mai gina jiki mai lafiya sosai saboda yana ƙunshe da ƙananan cholesterol.Da zarar an dafa naman Nasalo ana iya amfani da shi a kowane lokaci yayin da tsarin ke ba da damar nama ya tsayayya da kamuwa.
