Obe ata ( Yoruba ) stew ne ko miya da ake amfani da shi a cikin abinci da abinci na Yarbawa da ake samu a Najeriya, Benin da Togo. Har ila yau, a daya bangaren, Obe shine sunan gama-gari na miya da ake hadawa da kayan lambu da iri a al’adun Yarbawa, wasu idan wadannan miya ko obe za a dauke su biredi ne a daidaitacciyar Ingilishi. Akan ci Obe da Okele amma ana iya ci da shinkafa kuma. Wasu Obe sun haɗa da: Egusi, Efo, Marugbo, Apon, Ila, Ewedu, Gbegiri, Ila-alasepo, Ilasa, da sauransu. Obe sun fito ne daga sinadarai daban-daban kamar Chutney na Indiya.
