Peppersoup (ko sopper soup) shine sop daga Najeriya, wanda aka yi ta amfani da nama ko kifi daban-daban, chili peppers, gishiri, ganyen ƙanshi da calabash nutmeg a matsayin sinadaran farko.[1] sopo ne mai ɗanɗano wanda ke da haske, mai ruwa. Duk da sunansa, ba lallai ba ne a bayyana miya ta hanyar bayanin dandano na gaba; dandano ya fi rikitarwa, tare da nutty, bitter, woodsy, da furanni notes, da kuma dumi.[2] Wasu mutane a Yammacin Afirka suna ɗaukar shi abinci ne mai dadi, kuma wasu 'yan Afirka ta Yamma sun yi imanin cewa miya tana da wasu halaye na asali na magani.

Sopo na Pepper shine sopo na yau da kullun a Najeriya wanda aka shirya ta amfani da nama daban-daban, kifi, peppers na chili da nutmeg a matsayin sinadaran farko. Sopo na man fetur yana da ɗanɗano sosai kuma galibi ana haɗa shi da giya mai sanyi ko abin sha mai laushi. Duk da yake ana ba da shi azaman abincin abinci a tarurrukan hukuma, miya na albasa ya fi shahara a mashaya. A Najeriya, ana ba da shi a "wuraren nishaɗi" a matsayin abincin nishaɗi ko "jin da ya dace". Kwayoyin soya na man shanu, wani cakuda kayan yaji da aka yi amfani da shi a cikin soya na gari, wani kamfani ne na Najeriya.

Sopo na man fetur yawanci sopo ne mai ruwa. Ana iya shirya shi tare da haɗuwa da nama wasan-daban, kamar kifi, shrimp, tripe, oxtail, kaza, wasa, awaki, nama ko fatar saniya. Ƙarin sinadaran na iya haɗawa da Tumatir, albasa, albasa mai kore, tafarnuwa, albasa masu zaki, ginger, cloves, cinnamon da ruwan lemun tsami. Fufu, abincin da aka shirya daga man shanu da aka dafa sannan aka buga ko wasu tubers, wani lokacin ana amfani dashi azaman sinadarin, wanda ke kauri miya kuma yana aiki don ba da ƙanshi mai laushi. Yana da mashahuriyar miya a Najeriya (Yankin Kudancin) da kuma wasu ƙasashe masu magana da Ingilishi a Yammacin Afirka. Wasu 'yan Afirka ta Yamma sun yi imanin cewa miya na kaza yana da halaye na magani, kuma ana ba da shi ga marasa lafiya. Sabbin uwaye kuma wani lokacin suna cinye miya na man shanu, saboda wasu sun yi imanin cewa yana taimakawa wajen warkar da jiki da kuma ɓoye madara nono. Hakanan ana cinye shi sau da yawa bayan bikin aure, a matsayin hanyar dawo da lafiya.
