Rashin sanyaya shine tsarin ƙirar gini wanda ke mai da hankali kan kula da samun zafi da kuma kawar da zafi a cikin gini don inganta kwanciyar hankali na cikin gida tare da ƙarancin amfani da makamashi.[1] Wannan tsarin yana aiki ko dai ta hanyar hana zafi shiga ciki (rigakafin samun zafi) ko ta hanyar cire zafi daga ginin (kayan sanyi na halitta). [2]
