Ravioles du Dauphiné (Turanci: "Dauphiné ravioli"), wanda aka fi sani da Ravioles de Romans[1] ("Ravioli na Romawa"), wani nau'in abinci ne na musamman na yankin Faransa, wanda yayi kama da ƙaramin ravioli kuma ya ƙunshi yadudduka biyu na taliya da aka yi da garin alkama mai laushi, ƙwai da ruwa, yana kewaye da cikewar Comté ko cukuwar Faransa Emmental, faisselle da aka yi da madarar shanu, man shanu da faski. Kamar yadda sunan ya nuna, galibi ana danganta su da yankin tarihi na Dauphiné a Kudancin Tsakiyar Faransa, musamman a kusa da garin Romans-sur-Isère a sashen Drôme, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Ana samar da Ravioles na Dauphiné a cikin Romans-sur-Isere kuma gabaɗaya a yankin Royans da ke mamaye sassan biyu na Drôme da Isère, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Duk wani kwai ko cuku da aka yi amfani da shi wajen yin ravioles dole ne ya fito daga wannan yankin.[2]
