Romazava ([[rumaˈzavə̥]]) abinci ne na ƙasar Madagascar, [1] wanda ya ƙunshi kayan lambu, nama na zebu, tumatir, da albasa, yawanci ana haɗa shi da wani ɓangare na shinkafa. [2] Wani ɓangare mai mahimmanci na miya shine brèdes mang, wanda ake kira anamalaho a cikin Malagasy; shuka tana ɗauke da wani mai suna acid amide da ake kira spilanthol a cikin buds wanda ke haifar da tasirin tingly, pungent, citrusy da black-numbing, yana haifar da samar da hanci mai yawa.[3]
