Ruwanweli Maha Seya, wanda aka fi sani da Maha Thupa (lit. ''), wani stupa ne (tsarin da ke dauke da kayan tarihi) a Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka . Biyu cikin huɗu ko daya daga cikin kayan Buddha an tsarkake su a cikin stupa, yana mai da shi mafi girman tarin kayan sa a ko'ina. Sarki Dutugemunu na Sinhalese ne ya gina shi a cikin c. 140 BC, wanda ya zama sarkin Sri Lanka bayan yakin da aka ci Sarki Chola Elāra (Ellalan). An kuma san shi da Swarnamali Seya, Svaṇamāli Mahaceti (a cikin Pali) da Rathnamali Seya .
