Se swaa (kamar yadda ake kiran tasa a arewacin Botswana) ko kuma loswao (kamar yadda ake kiran tasa a kudancin kasar da yammacin Afirka ta Kudu) wani abincin naman gargajiya ne na Botswana, wanda aka yi da naman sa ko naman akuya . Ana shirya ta ta hanyar amfani da ragowar yanke ko yanke tauri kamar kafafu, wuya da baya. An saba shirya tasa don bukukuwa kamar jana'izar, bukukuwan aure da na kasa kamar bikin 'yancin kai. Ana tafasa naman har sai ya yi laushi a cikin tukunya, tare da "gishiri isa kawai", kuma a buga shi. [1] Ana yawan ba da ita tare da pap (abincin masara), setampa ( samfu, masarar ƙasa) ko mabele ( sorghum ). [2]
