Takardun dabarun rage talauci (PRSPs) takardu ne da Asusun Kuɗi na Duniya (IMF) da Bankin Duniya suka buƙaci kafin a iya la'akari da ƙasa don sauƙaƙe bashin a cikin shirin Kasashen Talauci masu Biya (HIPC). Tsarin shiga

Kungiyoyin farar hula, galibi kungiyoyi masu zaman kansu ne suka sauƙaƙa shiga.
