Teburan da ke ƙasa sun haɗa da jeri na tebur don zaɓaɓɓun abinci na yau da kullun, waɗanda aka haɗa daga tushen Ma'aikatar Aikin Noma ta Amurka ( USA ). Haɗe ga kowane abinci shine nauyinsa a cikin grams, adadin kuzari, da (kuma a cikin gram,) adadin furotin, carbohydrates, fiber na abinci, mai, da cikakken mai . Kamar yadda abinci ya bambanta ta nau'o'i da shaguna, alkaluman ya kamata a yi la'akari da ƙididdiga kawai, tare da ƙarin ainihin alkaluma galibi ana haɗa su akan alamun samfur.
