Tsofaffin Ƙungiyoyin neman 'Yanci na Kudancin Afirka ( FLMSA ) wata ƙungiya ce ta siyasa ta ƙasa da ƙasa wacce ta ƙunshi jam'iyyun siyasa bakwai waɗanda ke da hannu a cikin ƙungiyoyin kishin ƙasa na Afirka na adawa da 'yan mulkin mallaka da mulkin 'yan tsirarun fararen fata a Kudancin Afirka. Ta samo asali ne daga ƙasashen da ke kan gaba, gamayyar ƙasashen Afirka da ba su da tushe tun daga shekarun 1960 zuwa farkon shekarun 1990 da ta himmatu wajen kawo ƙarshen 'yan mulkin nuna wariyar launin fata da fararen fata a Afirka ta Kudu da Rhodesia.
