Zagayowar kimiyyar halitta, ko kuma gabaɗaya zagayen kwayoyin halitta,[1] shine motsi da canza sinadarai da mahadi tsakanin rayayyun halittu, yanayi, da ɓawon ƙasa. Manyan hawan keken halittu sun haɗa da zagayowar carbon, zagayowar nitrogen da zagayowar ruwa.
