English: Colonel en:Adnan al-Malki (1918-1955), the deputy Chief-of-Staff under Hashim al-Atasi who was killed by agents of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP) in April 1955. As a result, the SSNP was outlawed from Syria.

This work was created in Syria and is now in the public domain there because its term of copyright has expired pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 12/2001, Syria's first ever copyright law (details).   • Article 24 - "Protection of audio - visual, broadcast, televised or cinematography work shall be enforceable for fifty years as of the date of producing the work."
  • Article 25 - "Photographic, fine arts or plastic arts shall be enforceable for ten years as of the date of producing such work."
