Matasan 'Yan Kasuwa na Afirka (AYE) ƙungiya ce mai zaman kanta da ke Johannesburg, Afirka ta Kudu . Yana saukaka kasuwanci tsakanin 'yan kasuwa na Afirka a kasashe 19. Ita ce kungiyar tattalin arziki mafi girma a Afirka tare da mambobin kungiyar fiye da miliyan 12.[1]

AYE kuma ita ce babbar ƙungiyar kasuwanci a duniya.[2]

Summy Smart Francis, ɗan kasuwa ɗan Najeriya ne ya kafa AYE a cikin 2010. Bayan shafe shekaru biyu kan bincike da nazarin tattalin arzikin Afirka, kungiyar ta fara aiki a shekarar 2012.[3]

Ƙungiyar tana gudanar da taro kuma tana ba da kuɗin farawa ta hanyar gasa daban-daban. Har ila yau, tana aiki don bincike da kuma ba da shawarar hanyoyin inganta tattalin arzikin Afirka. A cikin 2014, ƙungiyar ta ba da tallafin kasuwanci da Naira miliyan 50 kuma a cikin 2015 da Naira miliyan 150.[4] A cikin 2016,500 'yan kasuwa an ƙarfafa ta hanyar shirin AYEEN.[5]

AYE ta ƙaddamar da Ƙungiyar Ƙwararrun Ƙwararrun Ƙwararrun Ƙwararru ta Afirka (AYESA) a cikin 2015.[6] Kungiyar ta kashe sama da dala 100,000 daga kudaden shiga na cikin gida don bincike da kaddamar da AYESA.[7] An gudanar da taron kaddamar da kungiyar AYESA a jami’ar Legas a watan Disambar 2015. Yana gabatar da ƴan kasuwa matasa ɗalibai waɗanda ke buƙatar ƙwarewa, ilimi, jagoranci da ƙwarewar kasuwancin masana'antu tare da zaɓaɓɓun masu ba da jagoranci daga sassa daban-daban na kasuwanci a Afirka.[8]

A shekarar 2015, AYE ta kaddamar da kungiyar bunkasa tattalin arziki a wani bangare na kokarin inganta tattalin arzikin kasashen Afirka.[9] [10]

Tawagar tana aiki da gwamnatin tarayya da kuma gwamnatocin jahohi a Afirka don inganta ci gaban nahiyar. Hakanan ƙungiyar tana aiki don sauƙaƙe damar saka hannun jari ga 'yan kasuwa da masu saka hannun jari na duniya.[11]
