Harqma
Appearance
Harqma miyar sauce ce ko miya da ake shirya ta hanyar amfani da naman rago.[1] Ta zama ruwan dare a yankin Maghreb na Arewacin Afirka. Ana yawan shan Harqma a cikin watan Ramadan, a matsayin abincin buɗa baki (sawm) bayan faɗuwar rana.[2] A wasu lokuta ana amfani da rotters na ɗan rago azaman sinadari. An yi nuni da cewa harqma ta samo asali ne daga tsakiyar zamanai.[2]
