Josefa "Gigi" Francisco (ta mutu a ranar 22 ga watan Yuli, shekara ta 2015) ta kasance mai ba da shawara ga daidaito tsakanin mata da maza. Ta ba da gudummawa ga yawancin shirye-shirye don rage rarrabuwa kuma ta yi bincike kan fannoni da dama na daidaituwar mata da hakkin mata. Ta yi aiki kafada da kafada da Majalisar Dinkin Duniya kan ayyuka daban-daban..[1] [2][3][4].

Ta hanyar koyarwarta da rubuce-rubucen ta, ta gabatar da ƙwarewar fasaha, hangen nesa da ƙungiyoyi na zamantakewar matasa zuwa ga matasa. Ta yi aiki a matsayin mamba a kungiyar ISIS International daga shekara ta alif 1998 zuwa shekara ta 2002. Kungiyar tana aiki ne a kan hakkin mata a duniya. Daga baya, ta shiga cikin Cibiyar Mata da Gender (WAGI) a matsayin babban darektan zartarwa na kungiyar. Kungiyar tana gudanar da darussan kan layi daban-daban kan yancin mata tun shekaru 3. Ta kasance memba na Kungiyar Hadin gwiwar Raya forari na Mata a cikin Sabuwar Era, wanda aka shafe ta a matsayin DAWN. Kungiyar tana aiki ne don yada muryoyin mata da kuma hangen nesa daga yankin kudu maso yamma na duniya. Ta yi aiki a matsayin mai gudanar da duniya na kungiyar. Majalisar Dinkin Duniya da DAWN sunyi aiki tare a yankin Asia-Pacific a karkashin jagorancin Gigi. An buga aikin tsakanin su a cikin The Future The Asia Pacific Women So a cikin shekarar 2015.[5]

Ta yi aiki a matsayin shugabar sashen Sashen Hulɗa da Internationalasashen Duniya a Kwalejin Miriam, tana aiki don haɓaka shugabancin mata. Ta yi muhimmin bincike kan talauci, jinsi, ci gaba da kuma naman dadaiton mata.
