Kamounia ( wani lokacin ana rubuta Kamouneya, naman sa ne da miya da hanta da ake shiryawa da cumin.[1][2] Wani yanki ne na abincin Sudan, Masari da Tunisiya.[3] Hakanan ana amfani da naman rago wani lokaci azaman sinadari na farko, kuma ana amfani da ƙarin kayan yaji. Wani lokaci ana ba da ita tare da dafaffen shinkafa. Ƙarin kayan abinci na asali na iya haɗawa da broth, tafarnuwa, man zaitun da faski.[4]
