Kelewele
Appearance
Kelewele abinci ne na al’ada da ake yinsa a ƙasar Ghana, wanda ake yi da ayaba mai ɗan tsami da aka yanka a soya tare da kayan kamshi.[1] Yana da ɗanɗano mai daɗi, kuma ana yawan amfani da shi wajen cin abincin dare ko kuma kayan ciye-ciye.[2]
Kayan Amfani Wajen yin Kelewele

- Ayaba (Plantain) Ayaba mai ɗan tsami wadda ba ta cika nuna sosai ba.[3]
- Tafarnuwa Ana murza tafarnuwa don ƙara ɗanɗano.
- Barkono Barkono mai ɗan yaji don ya ba kelewele ɗanɗano mai zafi.
- Citta Ana amfani da ginger don ya ƙara ƙamshi da ɗanɗano.
- Gishiri A kan ƙara gishiri domin karin ɗanɗano.
Yadda ake yin Kelewele

- Kayan Kamshi A hade tafarnuwa, ginger, barkono, da gishiri a murza su wuri daya.
- Jiƙa Ayaba da Kayan Kamshi A jiƙa yankakken ayaba a cikin kayan kamshi a barshi na wani ɗan lokaci don ya sha.
- Soyawa A soya ayabar cikin mai mai zafi har sai ta yi launin zinariya ta yi kauri.
Muhimmanci Kelewele a Kasar Ghana

Ya shahara wajen kayan ciye-ciyen dare musamman a biranen Accra da Kumasi, inda ake siyar da shi a titunan gari. Kelewele yana dauke da carbohydrates daga ayaba, sannan yana da wasu sinadarai daga ginger da tafarnuwa wadanda ke taimakawa wajen inganta garkuwar jiki.
