A cikin Sikhism, kesh ko kes (Gurmukhi: ਕੇਸ) al'ada ce ta barin gashin mutum ya yi girma ta dabi'a ba tare da yankewa ba. Wannan aikin yana ɗaya daga cikin Kakaar biyar, alamomin waje da Guru Gobind Singh ya umarta a 1699 a matsayin hanyar da za ta furta bangaskiyar Sikh. Ana tsefe gashin sau biyu a kullum tare da kanga, wani kuma na Ks biyar, kuma a daure shi cikin kulli mai sauki da aka fi sani da joora ko kullin rishi. Wannan kullin gashi yawanci ana riƙe shi da kanga kuma an rufe shi da rawani.

Dokokin 52 na Guru Gobind Singh da aka rubuta a Hazur Sahib a Nanded a jihar Maharashtra, sun ambaci cewa kesh (gashi) ya kamata a girmama shi a matsayin nau'i na Satguru (guru na har abada) wanda suke la'akari da shi kamar allah.
