Kubra Noorzai haihuwa (shekarar 1932-mutuwa shekarar 1986) ta kasance'yar siyasan Afganistan ce. Ita ce mace ta farko da ta zama ministar gwamnati a kasar,[1] tana aiki a matsayin Ministar Kiwon Lafiyar Jama'a tsakanin shekarar alif dari tara da sittin da biyar 1965 zuwa alif dari tara da sittin da tara 1969.

[5]Ta kuma zama shugabar kwalejin tattalin arzikin gida.[6]
