Munkoyo[1][2][3] ko ibwatu [4] sanannen abin sha ne a karkarar Zambiya. Abin sha ne mai ɗanɗano da zaki wanda aka yi daga porridge na masara da kuma tushen Rhynchosia venulosa (wanda aka sani a gida kamar munkoyo). Ana tafasa wannan haɗe da cakuɗa shi. [5] Sannan ana iya sha nan da nan bayan an yi shi ko kuma a bar shi ya yi zafi na kwanaki da yawa. Sau da yawa 'yan Zambia suna kiransa "giya mai zaki".[6] Ana kuma samunsa a ƙasashen tsakiyar Afirka kamar Kongo inda ake amfani da shi a matsayin abin sha a bukukuwan gargajiya da kuma abin sha na yau da kullum.

Munkoyo an san yana da tasirin lafiya mai kyau, gami da haɓaka microbiome mafi koshin lafiya da bitamin B. [5]

Yayin da suke tattara tushen munkoyo, wasu masu girbi na tushen suna cire tushen guba. Wannan ya haifar da abubuwan da suka faru da yawa na mutane da yawa da aka kwantar a asibiti. Ɗaya daga cikin irin wannan lamarin ya faru a Gundumar Solwezi, ya kwantar da mutane 17 a asibiti kuma ya kashe 2, da kuma wani abin da ya faru a kusa da Kitwe wanda ya kwantar mutane 98 a asibiti.
