Norman Mabasa likitan Afirka ta Kudu ne kuma ɗan siyasa wanda ya yi aiki a matsayin Memba na Majalisar Zartarwa ta Limpopo (MEC) na Lafiya da Ci gaban Jama'a daga watan Maris 2012 har zuwa watan Yuli 2013. A wannan lokacin, ya wakilci majalisar wakilan Afirka a majalisar dokokin lardin Limpopo. Mabasa ya kasance shugaban kungiyar likitocin Afirka ta Kudu kafin a naɗa shi a matsayin MEC kuma ya kasance babban likita ta fannin sana'a.

A ranar 14 ga watan Maris 2012, Cassel Mathale, sannan Firayim Ministan Limpopo, ya sanar da cewa Mabasa zai shiga Majalisar Zartarwa ta Free State a matsayin MEC na Lafiya da Ci gaban Jama'a, ya maye gurbin Dikeledi Magadzi. [3] Ya yi murabus daga SAMA domin ya samu muƙamin [1] [2] kuma an rantsar da shi a majalisar dokokin lardin Free State, mai wakiltar Majalisar Wakilan Afirka ta Ƙasa.
