Rouse dan Sir John Rouse ne na Rous Lench, Worcestershire wanda ya kasance MP a 1626. Ya yi digiri a Kwalejin Brasenose, Oxford a ranar 20 ga Oktoba 1626 kuma an ba shi BA daga Kwalejin Corpus Christi, Oxford a ranar 31 ga Janairu 1628. Haka kuma a 1628, ya shiga tsakiyar Temple. An halicce shi Baronet Rouse na Rouse Lench a ranar 23 ga Yuli 1641.[1]
