Sir Thomas Rouse, 1st Baronet (27 Maris 1608 - 26 May 1676) ɗan siyasan Ingila ne wanda ya zauna a majalisar dokokin ƙasar daban-daban tsakanin 1654 zuwa 1660 kuma ya goyi bayan harabar majalisar a lokacin yakin basasar Ingila.
Tarihin Rayuwa

Ya yi digiri a Kwalejin Brasenose, Oxford a ranar 20 ga Oktoba 1626 kuma an ba shi BA daga Kwalejin Corpus Christi, Oxford a ranar 31 ga Janairu 1628. Haka kuma a 1628, ya shiga tsakiyar Temple. An halicce shi Baronet Rouse na Rouse Lench a ranar 23 ga Yuli 1641.[1]
