Abinci na Ukraine shine tarin al'adun dafa abinci daban-daban na mutanen Ukraine, ɗaya daga cikin manyan ƙasashen Turai da suka fi yawan jama'a.Yana da tasiri sosai daga ƙasa mai duhu mai arziki (chornozem) daga inda sinadaran tafito, kuma sau dayawa ya haɗa da abubuwa da yawa.[1]

Abinci na kasa na Ukraine shine ja Borshi, sanannen abincin beet,wanda akwai nau'o'i dayawa. Koyaya, varenyky (gurasa mai kama da pierogi) da kuma nau'in kabewa da aka sani da holubtsi su ne abubuwan da aka fi so na ƙasa,kuma abinci ne na yau da kullun a cikin gidajen cin abinci na gargajiya na Ukraine.[2] Wadannan jita-jita suna nuna kamanceceniyar yanki acikin Abincin Gabashin Turai.

Abincin yana jaddada muhimmancin alkama musamman,da hatsi gabaɗaya,kamar yadda ake kiran ƙasar "bakin burodi na Turai".[3] Yawancin abincin Ukrainian sun fito ne daga kayan abinci na manoma na dā wanda ya dogara da albarkatun hatsi masu yawa kamar rye, da kuma kayan lambu masu mahimmanci kamar dankali, kabewa,ƙudan zuma da beetroots. Abincin Ukrainian ya haɗa da dabarun gargajiya na Slavic da sauran dabarun Turai, samfurori na shekaru na iko da tasiri na kasashen waje. Kamar yadda aka kasance da mahimman Ukrainian diaspora a cikin ƙarni da yawa (alal misali,sama da 'yan Kanada miliyan ɗaya suna da al'adun Ukrainian), ana wakiltar abinci a ƙasashen Turai da waɗanda ke nesa, musamman Argentina, Brazil, da Amurka.
