Abdul Ghapur bin Salleh (21 Maris 1943 - 4 Yuli 2023) ɗan siyasan Malaysia ne wanda ya yi aiki a matsayin memba na majalisar (MP) na Kalabakan daga Maris 2004 zuwa Mayu 2018. Ya kasance memba na United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), wani bangare na jam'iyyar Barisan Nasional (BN).
Kafin ya shiga siyasar tarayya, Abdul Ghapur ya kasance mai aiki a siyasar jihar Sabah, da farko a matsayin memba na Sabah People's United Front (wanda aka fi sani da BERJAYA). Ya shiga UMNO lokacin da ya koma jihar a farkon shekarun 1990 kuma ya kasance Mataimakin Babban Minista a gwamnatin jihar Barisan Nasional tsakanin 1995 da 1997.[1][2]

A shekara ta 2008, bayan sake zabensa (kuma ba tare da hamayya ba), Firayim Minista Abdullah Badawi ya nada shi Mataimakin Ministan albarkatu da Muhalli, sai kawai ya yi murabus bayan kwana takwas. Daga baya a wannan shekarar ya soki gwamnatin BN a fili a majalisar dokoki saboda rashin kula da bukatun jihohin Sabah da Sarawak, wadanda suka kada kuri'a sosai a madadin BN a zaben 2008.[1] Ya sake yin magana game da gwamnatin tarayya game da abin da ya yi la'akari da jinkirin martani ga mamayewar wani bangare na gabashin Sabah da mayakan Filipino suka yi a shekarar 2013. A lokaci guda, ya soki tsarin zaben cikin gida na UMNO kamar yadda yake budewa ga cin hanci da rashawa, yana mai da'awar cewa "mutane za su yi komai kawai don shiga Majalisar Koli koda kuwa yana da tsada sosai".[3]
