Abdul Manaf Umar Gumah ƙwararren ɗan wasan ƙwallon ƙafa ne na kasar Ghana, wanda ke taka leda a matsayin ɗan wasan tsakiya na ƙungiyar ƙwallon ƙafa ta Ghana ta Accra Hearts of Oak.[1][2][3][4]

Manaf ya fara aikin sa ne da Accra Hearts na karamar ƙungiyar Oak Auroras FC wanda ke buga gasar rukuni-rukuni na Ghana . A watan Janairun shekarar 2019, mai horar da Kim Kim Grant ya inganta shi yayin da ya sanya hannu kan kwantiraginsa na kwararru na farko don Hearts of Oak gabanin Gasar Musamman ta Gama Normalization ta 2019 .
