Alex Tawanda Magaisa (10 ga Agusta 1975 - 6 ga Yuni 2022) malami ne ɗan ƙasar Zimbabwe kuma malamin shari'a a Makarantar Shari'a ta Kent na Jami'ar Kent.[1] Ya yi aiki a matsayin mai ba da shawara (shugaban ma'aikata) na Firayim Ministan Zimbabwe na lokacin Morgan Tsvangirai daga shekarun 2012-2013.[2] Kafin zama mai ba da shawara ga Firayim Minista, Magaisa ya kasance yana aiki a matsayin memba na tawagar kwararru da aka ɗora wa alhakin ba da shawara kan rubuta sabon kundin tsarin mulkin Zimbabwe.[3] Ya shahara da aikin sharhin shari'a, siyasa da zamantakewa kan al'amuran da suka shafi Zimbabwe da sauran ƙasashe masu tasowa ta shafinsa na The Big Saturday Read. An haifi Magaisa a gundumar Chikomba, Zimbabwe (wanda a lokacin ake kira Charter District, Rhodesia). Ya kammala karatunsa na sakandare inda ya halarci makarantar kwana a St. Francis na Assisi High School a lardin Mashonaland East. Daga nan sai ya kammala karatunsa a Jami'ar Zimbabwe, inda ya kammala a shekarar 1997 tare da digiri na farko a fannin shari'a. A lokacinsa a Jami'ar Zimbabwe ya hadu da kuma tasiri a nan gaba wanda ya kafa kungiyar Movement for Democratic Change; irin su Learnmore Jongwe, Ayuba Sikhala, da kuma Nelson Chamisa na ƙarshe wanda a lokacin yana karatu a Harare Polytechnic. Ya auri Shamiso Magaisa, wata akawunta, wacc ta haifi 'ya'ya biyu.[5]

Bayan kammala karatunsa a Jami'ar Zimbabwe, Magaisa ya shiga ɗaya daga cikin manyan kamfanonin shari'a a Zimbabwe, Gill Godlonton & Gerrans Legal Practitioners a matsayin Aboki. Daga baya a shekarar 1999, ya ci gaba da karatun digiri na biyu a Jami'ar Warwick ta kasar Ingila inda ya kammala karatun digiri na uku a fannin shari'a a shekarar 2003. Daga nan Magaisa ya yi aiki a matsayin manajan tilasta bin doka na Hukumar Sabis na Kuɗi na Jersey, mai kula da ayyukan kuɗi a Jersey har zuwa shekara ta 2007. A cikin watan Satumba 2007, ya shiga Jami'ar Kent Law School a matsayin malami kuma mai bincike. Babban bangarorin koyarwa da bincike sun hada da dokar kamfani, dokar mallakar fasaha da ka'idojin kuɗi na ƙasa da ƙasa.[1]

A watan Nuwambar 2011, Magaisa ya ɗauki hutu daga Jami'ar Kent don ya zama babban memba na tawagar kwararrun fasaha da ke ba da shawara ga kwamitin tsarin mulki (COPAC) wanda majalisar dokokin Zimbabwe ta kafa tare da wajabcin rubuta sabon kundin tsarin mulki don sokewa da maye gurɓin tsohon kundin tsarin mulkin Lancaster House. Daga baya kusan kashi 95% na waɗanda suka kaɗa kuri'a a zaɓen raba gardama na ƙasar baki datya da aka gudanar a ranar 16 ga watan Maris 2013[6] sun amince da gagarumin rinjaye A watan Oktoban 2012, Magaisa ya bar aikin nasa na ba da shawara tare da COPAC lokacin da Firayim Minista Tsvangirai ya nada shi a matsayin babban mai ba shi shawara yayin da ake fara shirye-shiryen zaben 2013 mai zuwa Jam'iyyar MDC ta sha kaye a hannun ZANU PF da tazara mai yawa a zaɓukan da ake takaddama a kai wanda ya sa Magaisa da kungiyar lauyoyin MDC suka shigar da kara a gaban kotun tsarin mulkin ƙasar inda suka buƙaci a soke sakamakon zaɓen, suna masu cewa zaɓen bai yi gaskiya da adalci ba.[7] Sai dai daga baya an janye karar kuma ana cikin haka ne alkalan suka nuna takaicin da suka ki amincewa da janyewar tare da ɗage sauraron karar ko da wanda ya shigar da karar ya janye.[8]

A watan Yulin 2017 Magaisa ya shiga cikin rikici bayan da wata kafar yaɗa labarai mallakar jihar ta wallafa hotonsa tare da ministocin gwamnatin Zanu PF Jonathan Moyo, Savior Kasukuwere da Patrick Zhuwao a wani gidan cin abinci na gida mai suna "Plot Cafe". [9] Cikin rashin son ransa ya bayar da amsa yana mai bayyana yanayin yadda aka ɗauki hoton yana kawar da makircin da aka fara samun gindin zama.[10]

Magaisa ya fito a cikin shirin dimokuraɗiyya wanda Camilla Nielsson ta jagoranta wanda ya ɗauki tsarin samar da kundin tsarin mulki mai cike da ruɗani cikin shekaru uku.

A ranar 5 ga watan Yunin 2022, wasu abokan aikinsa sun tabbatar da cewa Magaisa ya rasu ne a asibitin Sarauniyar Sarauniya Elizabeth da ke Margate, ƙasar Burtaniya bayan bugun zuciya.[11][12] An binne shi a ranar 28 ga watan Yuni 2022, a ƙauyensu na Mangisi a Njanja.[13]
