An haifi Angeline kuma ta girma a yankunan karkara na ƙasar Zimbabwe. Da yake yarinya, ta jimre da cin zarafin yara da aka yi wa auren yara yayin da aka tilasta mata ta yi kusan aure tana da shekaru 14. An kusa tilasta mata ta zama mata ta biyu ga surukinta. Ta ki auren, tun daga nan ta shiga yakin neman kawo karshen auren yara. [2]

Ta yi karatun digiri na farko a fannin ilimin halin ɗan Adam da kuma difloma a fannin shari'a daga Jami'ar Afirka ta Kudu. [3]

Ta zama mai fafutukar kare hakkin bil'adama musamman kan karfafa 'yan mata da 'yancin mata a Zimbabwe. Ta kuma yi aiki a matsayin mai ba da agaji a wasu kungiyoyi masu zaman kansu kamar su Girl Child Network Zimbabwe da kuma kungiyar Mata Kiristoci ta ƙasar Zimbabwe.
