Asanka, tuwon yumbu, tukunyar niƙa ce ta ƙasar Ghana da aka yi da yumbu tare da tudu a ciki.[1] Ya zo da mashin katako mai suna eta ko tapoli a cikin yaren gida. An fi kiransa da blender na gargajiya kuma ana amfani dashi yadda ya kamata a inda babu wutar lantarki. Ana kuma kiransa 'tukunyar dabo.' Ga's suna kiransa Kaa yayin da Akans ke kiransa apotoyewaa ko Asanka. An fi amfani da shi a cikin sandunan sara a matsayin hidimar kwanoni.[2]

Yin amfani da Asanka yana buƙatar fasaha, ƙarfin hannu, da fasaha daidai don hana ciwon wuyan hannu. Ana yanyanka abubuwan da ake buƙata kafin a saka su a cikin Asanka don sauƙaƙe niƙa. Ridges a cikin Asanka yana rage yanayin gaba ɗaya a cikin hulɗa da kayan abinci, yana ba shi damar niƙa yadda ya kamata. Yin amfani da ƙarfi na masher katako, eta ko tapoli, yana amfani da rikici tsakanin raƙuman ruwa don haɗuwa da sinadaran. Maimaita tsarin zai yayyafawa da haɗuwa da kayan abinci na tsawon lokaci.
