Daasebre Oti Boateng,(An haifeshi a shekarar ta 1938 kuma ya mutu watan Agustan 2021) masanin ƙididdiga ne na ƙasar Ghana, masani, kuma mai sarautar gargajiya. Ya kasance Omanhene (babban sarki) na New Juaben a Yankin Gabas daga shekarar 1992 har zuwa rasuwarsa a 2021.[1][2][3][4][5] Ya yi aiki a matsayin shugaban Majalisar Sarakunan Yankin Gabas.[6]

Ya halarci makarantar sakandare ta Konongo Odumasi don karatun sakandare.[7] Oti Boateng ya cigaba zuwa Jami'ar Ghana inda kuma ya kammala da digirinsa na farko (BSc) a fannin tattalin arziki.[8] Ya ci gaba da karatunsa a Makarantar Tattalin Arziki da Kimiyyar Siyasa ta London inda ya sami digiri na biyu (MSc) a Ƙididdiga. Oti Boateng ya kuma rike digirin Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) a Kididdiga daga Jami'ar Liverpool, United Kingdom.[9]

Oti Boateng ya yi aiki a matsayin mai ƙididdiga na Gwamnatin Ghana kuma shugaban Ma'aikatar Kididdiga daga shekarar 1982 zuwa 2000 wanda aka tattara zuwa jimlar shekaru 17 a matsayin shugaban sabis na ƙididdiga.[8] Daasebre ya kuma yi aiki tare da Jami'ar Ghana na tsawon shekaru 14. A cikin shekaru 14 ya hau kan matsayin Babban Jami'in Bincike kuma daga baya Daraktan Nazarin a Cibiyar Ƙididdiga, Bincike da Tattalin Arziki (ISSER). An zaɓi Oti Boateng a matsayin shugaban bakaken fata na farko na Hukumar Kididdiga ta Majalisar Dinkin Duniya A shekarar 1987.[9][10] A shekarar 1993, ya kuma yi aiki a matsayin Shugaban Babban Taron Kididdiga na Kwadago na 15 wanda aka gudanar a Geneva.[8]

Ya kasance memba na Hukumar Kula da Ma’aikata ta Duniya (ICSC) kuma ya yi aiki a matsayin Kwamishina a Hukumar a Hedikwatar Majalisar Dinkin Duniya da ke New York.[11][12]

Shi ne Shugaban Jami'ar All Nations, wata jami'a mai zaman kanta a Yankin Gabas.[13]

Ya hau kan kujerar Sabuwar Juaben a ƙarƙashin kujerar Daasebre Oti Boateng a shekarar 1992, ya gaji babban ɗan'uwansa kuma magabacinsa, marigayi Nana Kwaku Boateng II. Ya kasance memba na gidan sarautar Yiadom-Hwedie na Juaben, Ashanti, da New Juaben. Mahaifiyarsa ita ce sarauniyar Juaben.

Oti Boateng ya wallafa littattafai da dama da takardun bincike game da mulkin gida, kididdiga da al'umma, ci gaban kasa.[14][15][16][17] A cikin 2019 ya ƙaddamar da littafin juzu'i na 3 mai taken 'Development in Unity' a Accra.[10][16]
